Welcome to Wip's wavy weekend in Geneva.

These words have been synthesized with minor editorial oversight from a steam of consciousness chat group I invited some good pals to.

This was the post Glastonbury, post the Global Digital Collaboration conference weekend. And I was on fire. Mind synchronised. Ideas flowing. Reality fetters off.

Two legendarios on tour.

If anyone ever makes it to Geneva I've got a couple of top tips for you.

First, absolutely go spend a morning or afternoon in Parc des Evaux. Go on a Geneva tree appreciation stroll, this park has some majestic, mighty oaks. Would love to know their story.

Second, spend an evening at Alex's Le Bistro. Tell him and this Irish swiss lad Evan that Wip sent you and they will show you some love for sure. Treat yourself to a smokey Lagavulin. It's a lovely locals bar. So nice, I ate there twice

I closed off and mostly down a series of thoughts I had been wrestling with on Palestine by publishing Choose Love and Joy

The Joe and I continued our Fun Day with an epic tour of CERN. Read all about it in Dr Wip's Tour of CERN.

Big up my cousin Sam and his lovely family. Was lovely to get into the suburbs of Geneva and spend some time chilling with them.

(*Various concerns were raised about my erratic, left field behaviour in the group. To which I replied, if you don't want to be at this party do one. You know where the door is. While I appreciate the concerns, I would also appreciate some faith. Trust me. I was and am bloody brilliant. How could I not be, just experienced an epic life week. *)

I give it a 50/50. Maybe even higher actually. Maybe as high as 90 percent. That I can convince Kate Chidley, an artist who creates the Glasto maps like the one on my wall, to create a Babylon Uprising piece.

(Still no response from Kate, so maybe this was overconfident lol)

In fact. I want to comission one. Not sure how much it would cost. What do folks reckon. I would pay good money for this.

I did munch a few natural mushrooms smoked a fair bit of the ol reefer. Esp during my most incredible reggae Sunday afternoon. Going to take a lot to top that one for me.

Then on Monday I just went to mong in the park. I even forgot the beers I bought from the shop to bring with me. Sad times.

What I was absolutely high off. Was the meditative, mellow, mind melding and mending ambient at the tree stage. Maybe I still am lol.

That place synchronised my mind and has given me energy and a sense of direction like nobodies business. This week I have probably done more work and made more interesting contacts than I have maybe since finishing my phd

At least more work, on myself, and the projects and ideas that I want to breathe life into in the world.

Like seriously. I have smashed it. Home bloody run.

What a place for it aswell. Right in the French Alps. Cannot believe this was free.

Then we had Franz Ferdinand, fresh from playing to the Glastonbury crowds at the Other Stage. A different kind of gig for them for sure, but I bet they loved it just the same.
